Positive: Location. It's near to supermarkets, bakery, food stalls , bus stops. Very convenient to major sights. The parking was free unlike in other hotels i was looking at. It saved us money with their free parking. They have a water station which came in handy. The staff were nice .
Negative: Nothing. For the price range it was fine.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were kinda spacious and it was near DTLA and Hollywood walk of fame

Positive: Rooms are spacious and staff is polite and welcoming. The place has an elevator, which makes it easier if with luggage. It is a basic hotel, but checks all the brackets, feels safe and well kept. Neighborhood is good, with restaurants and bars options, grocery stores and ethnic shops. Not too far from two subway stations and there are other public transit options nearby.

Positive: The location is great, there is free parking available, rooms are big enough, there is a coffee place in the building with very nice options and staff was really friendly.
Negative: They are doing some renovations, and you can find parts of the materials used in the corridor. Nothing mayor, just a small remark.

Positive: The guy at reception was very friendly to us both when we checked in and when we checked out. The location is very good as it is not far from the places to visit and is well connected by public transport. The café below the hotel offers a good breakfast and there are shops nearby where you can do some shopping.

Positive: A really nice neighbourhood - we especially liked the Gris Azul café located on the ground floor! Close to cool bars and restaurants in Koreatown. Even though the hotel does not offer laundry services, a laundromat is located only 1 min away. Very good housekeeping service, the beds were neatly done every day. The room was renovated, and we could not have any complaints regarding the furniture and amenities. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in and out as well as the payment system.
Negative: COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM! During our stay, we found TWO cockroaches running across the floor. Although the housekeeping service was great and the place was clean overall, cockroaches are unacceptable. Also, there were not enough parking spots for all the guests, so we had to park on the street twice.
